Follow-up inspection conducted: Facility was closed from the evening of Wednesday, April 27 to Friday, April 29, 2022 for a major cleaning, equipment repair and pest control inspection. - All droppings have been removed. New traps have been installed throughout the back storage space and utility room. - Faucets for both handwashing sinks have been replaced and properly functioning at this time. - Dishwasher temperature gauge has been replaced. Pipes have been repaired. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle as well as buckets to hold wiping cloths. - Scoops are stored in a sanitized container. Back storage space reorganized and cleaned. Thank you for your work! Ensure to have the facility maintained at this safe and sanitary condition AT ALL TIMES!
