HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 3
Critical Hazards: There are no critical hazards.
Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: The gasket on the u/c cooler door, of the central assembly line, is not flush with the unit. Cold air is constantly leaking out of the unit, causing the compressor to constantly work. This will burn the motor out quicker and increase your electrical bill.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace the door gasket so it completely seals the door shut and doesn't allow cold air to escape.
