Noted issues are rectified with the exception of: - Sanitation- improved however there are still some area under/ behind equipment and under sink - Fruit flies still noted * noted poison boxes inside the kitchen- NO POISON must be used for inside facility- ONLY SNAP TRAP-STICKY TRAP OR LIVE TRAPS are allowed. Remove all poison boxes IMMEDIATELY. An action plan is required to address the above issues , to be send to the area inspector via email : fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca no later then October 4/2018
