Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strip. Test strip available on site. Walk in freezer measured at -18C or less. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. General sanitation is adequate. Note: Observed small amount of water dripping from a pipe. Work order is already in place. Ensure the standing water is mopped regularly until the pipe is serviced.
