Routine inspection conducted. Facility is well maintained in excellent sanitary condition. The following observations were made:

Temperatures were all within health requirements:
- Walk-in cooler at 1C
- Freezer unit at - 21C
- Cake display coolers at 1-2C
- Temperature logs are up-to-date
- Cooler units equipped with thermometers
- Utensils are maintained in excellent sanitary condition
- Dough mixers / hooks have been adequately washed and sanitized

- Hand sinks were adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- High-temperature dishwasher sanitizes at final rinse temperature of 77C at the pot (thermolabel from operator indicates that temperature exceeds 76C)
- Sanitizing pails were all at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium compound (quats)
- Sanitizing dispenser releases quats at 200 ppm quats
- Dry storage products are securely stored inside metal food bins, tightly shut after use
