Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Dishwasher noted with 0 ppm chlorine - sanitizer jug empty during inspection
2. Sanitizer bucket at sushi bar noted 50 ppm chlorine with wiping cloths
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure dishwasher has sanitizer bucket available and is hooked up properly to unit. Low temp dishwasher must be able to dispense 50 ppm - 100 ppm chlorine at the dish. Test strips available to test. Replacement sanitizer installed during inspection.
2. Ensure sanitizer is available at 100 ppm - 200 ppm chlorine through out facility in labeled containers with wiping cloths. Refill sanitizer containers.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handsinks are supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel and is easily accessible for staff. Staff must be able to properly wash their hands and be supplied everything they need within arms reach.
