Observation: No hot water available at the handwashing station in the main kitchen. Technician was contacted to come tomorrow morning.
Correction: Ensure to use the hot water available at the dishwashing sink for now. Contact the health inspector once the handwashing station is repaired.

Follow-up inspection conducted:

-Handwash station in the main kitchen repaired and now dispensing hot water at adequate pressure.
-Droppings removed from the mentioned areas.
-No potentially hazardous food stored in the end prep cooler. Small portions of cut vegetables to last for the next 30 minutes only. OK.
NOTE: Ensure to contact the health inspector once the prep cooler is replaced.
