Comments

*Follow-up inspection for issues listed in previous report.
*Meat slicer and mixer were in satisfactory sanitary condition. Mixer had been recently used. Note: ensure staff clean and sanitize non-food contact areas of slicer thoroughly after each use (very slight amounts of food debris still present).
*Staff are aware of proper 5-step warewashing methods, and are conducting them in the two-compartment sink. Ensure this continues, and that any new staff brought on are instructed on proper procedures.
*Owner/operator was on site during inspection, and has taken Food Safe training. Additional staff are to be registered for the course by the end of this week (26th June 2016). Provide proof of staff having passed the course to the health unit, once received.
