Observation: Door seal of walk-in freezer is partially loose. Manager stated that new door seal order has already been placed.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that all equipment are maintained in good working order. Please repair/replace the door seal as needed.

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Overall, a well maintained facility,
- Temperature of prep coolers, walk in cooler & stand up coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Walk in freezer and stand up freezers recorded below -18C.
- Hot holding units recorded above 60C
- Temperature logs were kept up to date. Good.
- All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Low temp mechanical dishwasher used for warewashing. 50ppm chlorine residual recorded during rinse cycle.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used available.
- 200ppm QUATS recorded in the sanitizing pail and dispensing unit.
- Food handling and storage practices were found satisfactory.
- All clean utensils/dishes were stored in a sanitary manner.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
