Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Eggs, tofu, and cut banana squash in the coolers were stored in a raised position using baskets. Coolers are working properly but not enough cold air is reaching the food items as they are raised. Temperature of food items at 6-7C.
Corrective Action(s): Lower the position of the food items by removing the baskets. Ensure the eggs are not overstacked so they are stored at 4C or less. Date to be corrected by: Immediately
