Observation: Rodent droppings found at facility. Canned food items had rodent droppings on top of cans, some food items in bags had been chewed - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION Contaminated food items discarded during inspection, Canned goods removed to be sanitized
No rodents found in traps during inspection.

- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 71 (71.4 ) degrees Celsius at the dish
- Sanitizer solution found throughout kitchen area and at concentrations of 200ppm QUAT
- Sanitizer solution from dispensing unit at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- Light covers in place
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
