Observation: -Raw meat (ground beef, pork) stored above ready to eat foods (bread, broccoli, sour cream) in chest freezer.
-Some food in the freezer and cooler stored in container without a proper lid.
Corrective Action(s): -Rearrange raw meat so that they are stored separately from the ready to eat foods.
-Provide a lid for food stored in the cold-holding units.

-The floors underneath the food preparation area at the back.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the areas mentioned above.
