Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There were 6 mason jars of unknown sauces inside the upright cooler as well as 1 plastic unlabelled bag of frozen soup in the freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Spoke to manager about these items. These are not food items that were made at the unapproved kitchen mentioned in the last routine inspection. Manager has indicated that the food in the 6 mason jars as well as frozen soup made onsite will be removed from premises today and are only for staff use as they are not on the menu or available for retail sale. All soups for customers are ordered from Sysco. If you wish to make your own soups, submit a food safety plan as you have not been approved to make your own soups or sauces.
