305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sticky fly traps were stored above the front food prep counter. This could allow pieces of trapped insects to fall off and contaminate foods. Corrective Action(s): Fly traps were taken down and removed. An alternative pest control method should be used.

Hand washing stations had hot water, liquid soap and paper towel. Cooler temperatures were less than 4 C. Freezer temperatures were less than - 18 C. Hot holding units held food above 60 C 3 compartment sink in place Sanitizer = Quats at 200 ppm concentration Cleaning rags stored in bleach at 100 ppm concentration Please ensure that bleach sanitizer is changed on more frequent basis as needed. Hand delivered returned mail (new decal for health permit); provided EHO with correct mailing address.
