* GENERAL COMMENTS > Sanitation and hygiene - 3-compartment sink was available and in use. Bleach solution at the third sink measured 200 ppm chlorine. 3 functional sink plugs were available and in use. Manual warewashing was discussed with the operator. NOTE: Pest control company's report was available; last inspection was done on 05/25/2023 > Temperature Control Coolers and freezers measured during the inspection: > Vegetable display cooler measured 3 degrees C > Beverage display cooler measured 4 degrees C > Display freezers measured between -18 degrees C to 32 degrees C > meat display cooler measured 0 degrees C > ice cream freezer measured -28 degrees C > walk-in-cooler measured 4 degrees C > walk-in- freezer measured -22 degrees C * NOTE: Utensils were being cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours.
