> Sanitation and hygiene
- 3-compartment sink was available and in use. Bleach solution at the third sink measured 200 ppm chlorine. 3 functional sink plugs were available and in use. Manual warewashing was discussed with the operator.
NOTE: Pest control company's report was available; last inspection was done on 05/25/2023
