At the inspection dated June 23, 2021 there was 6 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. Action required by the Licensee is indicated in this report. As part of the Routine inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed.
Outdoor Area
At the time of this inspection, it was noted that under the swing set that the resilient surfacing appeared sparse. This would indicate that redistribution and\or top up of the resilient surfacing is needed.
