Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some mildew like growth observed on the ceiling of the right ice machine. Staff informed that the ice is not used in food or drink items.
Corrective Action(s): Instructed staff how to clean and sanitize. Started at time of inspection.
Recommend placing ice machine on monthly cleaning schedule.

-two kitchen staff on duty have valid food safety certification
-handsinks fully equipped
-coolers at 4C or less and equipped with thermometers
-freezers at -18C or less
-temperature logs in use for all coolers
-soup hot holding units in front serving area all at >60C
-dishwasher sanitizing at 100ppm chlorine and test strips on site
-bleach/water buckets at 200ppm chlorine for sanitizing
-facility clean
-continue to use physical rodent traps to monitor for any activity
-discussed garbage practices for end of day
