- Hot holding cabinets (2) above 60 deg C.
- Under counter fridge at 4C (cooking area).
- Walk-in cooler was at 3.4 deg C..
- Freezers - satisfactory (at or below -18 deg C).
- Coolers <4 deg C.
- Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink (back side area). Quats sanitizer at the sink - available and at 200ppm.
- Handwash station supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- Surface Quats sanitizer (prep. area) at 200ppm.
- Food storage - good at the time of inspection (off the floor and protected from contamination).
- A professional pest control - in place. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
