Observation: More than 10 small black fruit flies observed in sink area in back storage room and in washroom. Various sugary drinks observed leaking in sink in back room.
Corrective Action(s): Contact local pest control company to remove pests. Ensure all areas are regularly cleaned to remove standing water, sugary drinks, and food debris to prevent the attraction of pest. Date due by: immediately

1. Clean/remove all pop and sugar from back storage sink/
2. Seal the gap under the receiving door.
3. Repair wall under sink in the back storage area.
