Follow up inspection to report PKUR-CD8MPS. -Paper towel placed in dispenser. -Walk-in cooler has been organized. Raw meats stored at the very bottom. All foods were covered and raised off the floor. -Undercounter prep cooler has been cleaned and gaskets have been taped up. Replace gaskets as needed. -Dish pit area has been cleaned up. -Light added in dry storage area. -General sanitation has improved - good job. Continue with cleaning efforts. *Reminder: -Do not use water in bowl to wash hands. Wash hands at designated hand sink. -Store wet wiping cloths in sanitizer solution or use single use paper towels and discard.
