Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) One line cooler (closest to dishwasher) was 11 Celsius in main compartment. All perishables moved to working fridge.
2) Large bowl of sprouts in tepid water; 18 Celsius. Keep sprouts cold; <4 Celsius. Ice is okay but make sure ice is added frequently. Discarded sprouts.
