Follow-up - pH meter obtained --> ensure it is calibrated prior to use - supply of thermolabels available - Sanitation plan updated. Thermolabel left in dishwasher at facility during prior inspection reads 71C after running through sanitize cycle. Health approval granted to operate on the following conditions (1) No grease laden vapours can be produced (2) Single-use utensils only for customers (3) Should significant food handling issues arise, a commercial dishwasher must be purchased and installed. The menu will also be limited. (4) The permit fee of $137.50 for May 2022 - March 2023 must be paid by end of business today. This does not exempt you from obtaining approvals from any other agencies.
