-All handwashing stations supplied with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer available in red buckets (3) and measured at 200 ppm.
-Low temperature dishwasher reached 57.2 C and measured at 50 ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle.
-2 compartment sink available.

-Walk-in cooler measured at 3.8C.
-Walk-in freezer measured at -18C
-Small freezer measured at -19C.
-Salad bar cooler and grill bar cooler measured at 4C or below.
-Front drink coolers (2) measured at 4C or below.
-Hot held food items (chicken & rice) measured at 60C or above.
-Final internal cooking temperature of chicken probed at 80C.
-Dry storage area is clean.
-Storage practices are excellent; all food items are covered, labelled, dated and kept 6 inch or greater off the floor.
-All chemical containers are labelled.
-Interior of the ice machine is kept is sanitary condition.
-Vent hoods (2) are in sanitary condition; no grease accumulation observed.
