-Follow-up inspection to Jan 31, 2018.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum 50ppm required for proper disinfection). Dishwasher must be checked daily to verify sanitizer concentration.
-Hot holding of foods was greater than 60C.
-Prep cooler was at 5C at the time of inspection and adjusted to 3C. Prep cooler handle has been repaired.
-Raw foods were properly stored below ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe foods double stacked on top of one another without proper protection between containers at the time of inspection.
-Did not find foods stored in opened cans at the time of inspection.
-Did not find any single use items being saved for reuse at the time of inspection. Single use items must be discarded after each use.
-Utensils were properly stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
