Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottles with Quat sanitizer at 0.0 ppm at the time of inspection (the kitchen & front).
This is the repeat violation. Be inform a Violation Ticket will be issued next time.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Replace the sanitizer. It must be 200 ppm of Quat.

Note: Ensure that the dishwasher is working properly before opening the business.

Note: The dishwasher at 0.0 ppm of Chlorine solution. The operator conducted a telephone call to the maintenance service.

General sanitation is satisfactory.
Handwashing stations (front/back) supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
Coolers (walk in, beverage in the front, drawers underneath grill) < or = to 4 C.
Freezers (walk in, undercounter) < or = to -18C.
Cold units equipped with working thermometers.
Food items stored in plastic insert containers with lids, dated, and labeled.
Hot holding units (steam, underneath grill, undercounter) > or = 60C.
Wall-mounted dispenser near the mop sink - calibrated & dispensed 200 pp of Quat sanitizer.
Dry storage area - satisfactory;
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Pest control system in place.

FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
Daily temperature logs were available at the time of the inspection; ensure it up to date (do not do it at the time of inspection);

Note: The dishwasher has been repaired at the time at inspection. Chlorine solution at 100 ppm now.

Friendly reminder:
- Food scoops must be kept in icy-water/ice bath.
- The staff must know how to check the dishwasher by test strips as well as how to refill spray bottles and test concentration of Quat solution.
