Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station adequately supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C. - Thermometers available for temperature monitoring. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle and in a bucket to hold wiping rags. 200ppm Quats also available on site. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.7'C at the plate level after final rinse. - Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place. - General sanitation level satisfactory throughout. NOTE: Stand up cooler being used as a dry storage unit for now due to operational needs. OK.
