Comments

- Soap/paper towels, hot/cold water at handsink.
- All cooler temperatures satisfactory < 4 deg C.
- All freezers functional and <= -18 deg C.
- 3 compartment sink had proper plugs for manual dishwashing.
1) Wash. 2) Rinse. 3) Sanitize. 4) Air dry.
- Quat sanitizer was used for both dishwashing/sanitizing food contact surfaces at conc 200 ppm.
- General sanitation was good/no signs of pest.
