All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached > 71 C at the plate level. Bleach bucket was at 100 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory.
