Comments

Routine inspection conducted at the food store and the following observations were made:

- Facility was maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Food handling conducted for preparing Indian paan.
- Handwash station available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm bleach solution available in spray bottle. Good
- Small fridge recorded at a temperature of 6C. No potentially hazardous food was stored in the fridge.
When you store paan leaves in the cooler, ensure that it is maintained at a temperature of 4C or less.
- Pest proof food containers used for storing paan ingredients.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
