Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Beverage in the left reservoir of the ice cap machine near the dishwasher area has internal temperature of 8.5 deg. C. Staff indicates the beverage was refilled 4 hours ago.
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Empty the left reservoir, discard the beverage, followed by thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the machine. Make sure the machine is working properly after fixed, which is 4 deg. C or lower in the reservoir.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The second left handsink has not liquid soap available.
Correction: Owner refilled with liquid soap. Make sure liquid soap is always available to wash hands properly.

This inspection done by EHO student.
Comments:
-Handsinks are stocked with liquid soap, paper towel and hot/cold water, except for the above mentioned one, and another sink which is not in use.
-200 ppm QUAT available in the bucket both at the front and back.
-73.9 deg. C at plate level for dishwasher
-No obvious signs of pest activity observed. Orkin pest control company visits once a month
-General sanitation is satisfactory
-Walk in cooler 2 deg. C, walk in freezer -20 deg. C Beverage cooler 4 deg. C, undercounter coolers 2 ~ 4 deg. C prep coolers 2 - 4 deg. C.
-Hot holding units: 60 - 68 deg. C
-Temperature log up to date.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 on site.
-Operating permit displayed
-Ice machine is clean and free of mold.
