-Handsink supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel.
*Paper cups moved away from hand sink to prevent water damage - no concerns noted with new setup
-High temp dishwasher noted at 71 C at the plate after final rinse
-Sanitizer (labeled) spray bottle noted at 200 ppm QUATS, another container with bleach solution and wiping cloths noted at 100 ppm chlorine
-Hydrogen Peroxide noted in labelled spray bottle for customer tables
-No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection

-Dipper well in use during inspection
-Ice machine & new oven noted on carts with wheels - appear to be in sanitary condition
