Generally premises well maintained. handwashing facilities ok. sani-brew still in use. **Shelving (particle board) beginning to deteriorate and some shelves are not smooth, impervious and easily cleanable. Recommended to the operator to develop a long-term plan to replace shelving "worst first". This can be spread out over a one to two year period. Also recommend replacing particle board with a sealed plywood to avoid or reduce wood flaking.
