Observation: Rodent droppings have been observed in the following areas:
BACK STORAGE ROOM:
- Underneath the stand-up freezer
- At the back (north) wall of the storage room between the chest freezer and the shelving units
HALLWAY:
- On the wooden shelf
- Underneath and around the old wok
KITCHEN:
- Underneath the old fan

Remove all rodent droppings from this area with 1 part bleach, 9 parts water and ensure that it is maintained in good sanitary condition. Remember to place all of your sugar and flour inside of your hard plastic storage bins, and tightly shut the lids. Continue to coordinate with your professional pest control technician.

Follow-up inspection conducted to report #BCUD-BHAT5V on Oct 25, 2019.

Facility is in improved sanitary condition, and ALL sugar and flour containers have been placed inside containers with tight-fitting lids - excellent. Three holes underneath the sink cabinet at front-of-house have been fitted with steel wool. Professional pest control company arrived on November 4, 2019 and reset all traps. All mechanical traps checked at time of inspection - traps were reset and no evidence of rodents were observed inside.

Please note: Ensure that you keep all records and invoices with you. Remember to adhere to your sanitation checklist (as posted on the refrigerator door) and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of all items on the checklist. An additional follow-up inspection may be conducted to assess the effectiveness of your integrated pest management programme.
