Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers at or below -18'C
- No hot-holding observed on site during inspection
- Thermometers available in cold holding units
- Temperature logs are maintained
- General sanitation of premise is good during inspection
- All hand washing stations are observed unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Chemical dishwasher measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- QUATs spray bottles measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- Chlorine and QUATs test strips are available on site
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Meat slicer observed in sanitary condition. Staff stated that the meat slicer is used 3 per week
- All food observed protected from potential contamination
- Food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- First-in-first-out method implemented (date stamps available on food containers)
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Public washrooms observed in sanitary condition
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
