Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Bleach solution sanitizer or any food surface sanitizer not available at the start of the inspection
- Filthy cleaning cloths stored on counters
Corrective Action(s): Prepared solution measured at 200ppm bleach. Ensure that sanitizer solution is prepared before the start of the shift and changed on regular basis

- Tomato paste stored in metal can
- Scoops stored in the food in bulk storage
Corrective Action(s): - Cover all food items with well fitting lids
- Transfer the contents of the metal can to food grade reusable container once it is opened
- Store all scoops outside the bulk containers or in a way that the handle doesn't come in contact with the food

- Utensils and buckets that are not in use
- All hard to reach areas
Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and clean and sanitize area using 100ppm bleach solution
- Call pest control company immediately and have necessary controls in place to prevent pest activity.
PLEASE ensure that the pest control company is hired for regular monitoring.
