Staff either request or obtain sanitizer from upper cafeteria main chemical dispenser. Possibly diluting mix. Corrective Action(s): Process of replacing or changing sanitizer solution must be adjusted. *Option: Have concentrate available for mixing at manufacturers directions (likely 1 teaspoon Quats to 2 litres water - confirm with supplier). Alternatively, have dedicated person from upper cafeteria shuttle a mixed chemicals to kiosk as discussed. Violation Score: 5
