Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # CHAS-BL8VQ3 of Jan-27-2020 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: 1) No soap and paper towel at the handsink at the front service area. 2) The sink in the staff washroom is unusable as it is cluttered with stored material. The staff washroom is cluttered with bags of empty beverage containers. 3) One out of two stalls in the women's washroom is not working. Correction: 1) Provide dispensers and soap and paper towel for the handwashing station at the front service area. 2) Organize the staff washroom. Ensure that the sink is unobstructed and the washroom is accessible. 3) Service the toilet in the women's washroom.

Concerns noted in the last inspection had been corrected except the toilet in the women's washroom. Repair the toilet. The thermometer inside the fridge in the waitress area is not working. Obtain a new one. Please keep the kitchen and the staff washroom clean.
