Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Dirty rag was found on counter in dishwashing area-- staff reminded to store used rags in laundry area and only keep clean wiping rags in food areas-- storing them properly in sanitizer between use

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * A staff hat was found being stored on food equipment and this is unsanitary and can lead to cross contamination; also, cell phone found there too; Also, personal jacket was being stored with aprons and this is unsanitary practise-- staff reminded to store personal stuff away from food/food equipment/uniforms, etc.; boxes were found being stored above prepped food product and this is not acceptable storage practise as it can lead to cross contamination
