-one at cooking line closest to Walk-in cooler has no single dispensing soap
-one for server line next to coffee machine no single dispensing soap

NOTE: both above handsinks appear to have the wall mount soap dispensers removed(?)
Corrective Action(s): Designated handwash sinks must be adequately stocked and clear for use.

NOTE: timely and adequate handwashing is #1 preventative measure against spread of foodborne illness -the locations of your designated handwash sinks are there so it is of practical use for all preparation areas in the kitchen

-Some open bulk foods not contained in rodent proof containers in dry storage
Corrective Action(s): -Store the bulk scoopers externally in clean containers (like your ice scooper) to avoid food handlers touching the foods

-Store open bulk foods in rodent proof containers as another deterrent to pests
