Routine inspection:
-Ice cream freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
-Cold potentially hazardous food (milk and shell eggs) were at 4 degrees C in the walk-in-cooler.
-Other beverage coolers were at 4 degrees C or less.
-Handwashing station (double-compartment sink) was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
-Two sink plugs were available at the 2-compartment sink.
-Bleach was available. It was reviewed to dilute 1/2 teaspoon bleach per L of water to setup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer.
-Slurpie machine was empty at the time of the inspection, and it was not in use according to the Person in Charge on shift.
-No signs of rodent activity were evident at the time of inspection.
-Pest control program was in place according to the Person in Charge on shift.
