Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all food/food equipment stored higher off floors (eg. 12 inches) for proper cleaning to occur and for sanitary reasons.

Observation: * Cold water faucet was not working properly at 2-compartment spray sink. This sink area is used for prewashing food equipment and hot and cold water must be working for proper precleaning to occur

Observation: * Some cabinetry has deteriorated where the finishing is peeling and not food grade any more or not cleanable and can lead to contamination of food/food equipment

* Hand washing stations were equipped with liquid soap and paper towels
* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium; ensure proper labels on sanitizer buckets-- use soap buckets for soap solution only
* Dishwasher final rinse was found to be at 50 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Monitoring records were available and up to date
* Note: Cold water not working properly at spray 2-compartment sink unit and requires immediate repair
* Note: Cabinetry deteriorating and requires upgrading in areas
* Note: Food/food equipment to be stored higher off floors for sanitary reasons
