Routine Inspection: General Comments
Handwashing station equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Meat display coolers were both between 0.5C to 2.6C
Retail freezers were both at -20C. Retail coolers <4C
Retail chest freezer at -22C. Beverage cooler at 2.8C
Walkin cooler was at 0.2C
Back upright freezer was at -22C. Left chest freezer was -28C
Right chest freezer was -19C
3 compartment sinks measured 100 - 200 ppm chlorine
Labelled spray bottle had >200 ppm chlorine. Test strip was bleached out. Reminder to use 1 tsp of bleach with 1L of water to make 200 ppm chlorine solution
Meat slicer appears to be clean at time of inspection.
No sign of pests at time of inspection
Employee washroom equipped with soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is very clean and organized.
Foodsafe requirement met at time of inspection
Kombucha station is clean and operated by employees only.
Bottle are reusable and sanitized in 3 compartment sink prior to refill.
Pepperoni is being air dried and is shelf stable.
