Follow-up inspection conducted:

- High temperature dishwasher repaired and now achieving >71'C at the plate level after final rinse. Invoice provided at this time.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket. Ensure to prepare the solution before each shift. Ensure to have all food prep surfaces sanitized PRIOR to initiating any food prep in the morning, after each possible contamination and every 2 hours during operation.
- Garbage bag removed from the walk-in cooler. Most food containers covered with lids. No food stored on floor.
