Gen - Inspection of food premises for provision of health approval to operate:
- Business is under new ownership
- No changes to building/operations
- Received application plan, FS lvl 1 certificates, FSP/SP plans, certificate of incorporation
- Hand-sink supplied w.hot.cold water, soap, paper towels,
- Coolers </=4 Celsius
- Freezer temps satisfactory
- Hot-holding units not in use at time of inspection
*Ensure to keep holding temps at 60C/140F or higher for food safety while in use
- Chlorine bleach solution to be utilized for manually - sanitizing dishware,utensils, food contact surfaces
* Ensure to only use unscented, regular bleach for sanitizing food surfaces/ dishware as scented bleach must be rinsed off after use (not food grade)
* Provided reference sign for manual warewashing steps and bleach mixture ratios. Ensure to follow mixture ratios to create the correct concentrations.of sanitizer solutions (100-200 ppm conc.)
- Overall sanitation is good
*Minor cleaning required on floors around the deep-fryer
-Collected payment for permt fee in the sum of $87.50 (from Sept 222-March 2023)
Health approval granted, subject to compliance with other agencies requirements.
