Recommend installing a processing plant type "curtain" at service entrance (Floor to ceiling) so that it is easier for servers to enter and exit the premises. This would prevent pest entry when premises is in operation. Sauce cooler at 1 to 2c. Ice machine top side cleaned Milk and cream nozzles cleaned Flies substantially eliminated. Spilled food adjacent to both grills cleaned.
