Observation: Sanitizer feeder system adjacent to dishwasher is dispensing 0 ppm Quaternary Ammonia.

Corrective Action(s): Repair / adjust feeder to dispense 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia.

Until operating correctly, all sanitizer containers / spray bottles to be filled using feeder by receiving door.

Maintain ramen bowl bath at 60 or hotter to prevent bacterial growth.

Staff adjusted bath temperature, 60 C achieved.
