Follow-up Inspection: Food items covered and stored off the floor. Tiles in front of walk-in cooler have been replaced and sealed. No water accumulation observed at the time of inspection. Building hallway is organized for food storage and take out containers. General sanitation of premises has improved. Ensure to continue following your sanitation plan for daily and weekly cleaning. The following requires your attention: - Ceiling above chest freezers in building hallway has water spots from heavy rain. Operator informed that the building landlord has been notified and will be taking care of the issue after the heavy rain stops. - Ensure no food or items used for the food premises are stored directly below the ceiling with the water spots.
