Observation: - Deep fried cauliflower is being cooled in rack right below storage for large cans and cans are visibly soiled
Corrective Action(s): - Store any food items including food being cooled in trays in an area that is clean. All metal cans be rearranged on lower shelves and top of the rack can be used for cooling food items

Comments

Routine inspection conducted and following are observed:
- Handwash stations in kitchen - near cookline, front service line, staff washroom, at 2 comp prep sink and bar handwash station - are supplied with hot and cold running water liquid soap and paper towel.
-All coolers - walk-in cooler, prep cooler, small prep cooler, bar cooler - are maintained at less than 4C temperature.
- Walk-in freezer and upright storage freezer are measured at less than -18C.
- Hot holding units for rice and soups are measured at greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 75C during final rinse cycle at dish surface.
- Food contact surface sanitizer is available in spray bottles and concentration is measured at 200ppm quats solution. Tests strips are available
- Bar glass washer is measured at 12.5 ppm iodine solution during final cycle.
- Pest control measures are in place and no evidence of pest activity is noted.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- FoodSafe certified staff is present on site
- General sanitation is satisfactory
