Observation: Spray bottles with sanitizer (Quats), Lysol, and Pinesol were unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all spray bottles are labelled to identify the contents and to prevent accidental mixing and or misuse of chemicals. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed.

Comments

-Cooler units with potentially hazardous foods were at or below 4C.
-Iced coffee hopper was at 0C.
-Creamer stored on ice at 4C.
-Freezer units ranged from -17C to -24C.
-Self-service coffee station has reopened. Signage posted informing customer to wash their hands or use alcohol based sanitizer before self-service, signs posted to remind customers to maintain physical distancing of 2m, and self service area sanitized every 30 minutes.
-Self-service candy is currently closed - sign placed on candy instructing customers to ask for staff assistance.
-Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm.
-Automatic coffee machine sanitized with Quats sanitizer each night.
-Iced coffee sanitized with Quats sanitizer spray after 2 weeks or when the hopper is emptied.
-Washroom clean and handwash station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and a hand dryer.
-Foods properly stored off the floor and covered. Random selection of food items were within their best before dates and in good condition. Food items and non-food items proper separated.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
