Hot water is too hot to reasonably wash hands for 20-30 seconds Corrective Action(s): Turn on the cold water so people (staff) can wash their hands properly, and without scalding. Violation Score: 5

209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)] Observation: Bottles are getting washed/ rinsed/ sanitized using a "sterilizer" powder chemical at an unknown concentration. Your newly added (without health approval) machine has an adequate wash temperature of 135-140F but not sanitize temperature. Corrective Action(s): A safety plan is to be submitted to your EHO for approval. Once verified adequate by your EHO, your staff must be well versed in how to handle the "sterilizer" chemical that is on site. Violation Score: 3

Extra filtration provided.
